  • What types of vehicles do you have for NEMT?

  • Are your drivers trained in medical assistance?

Yes, our drivers undergo specialized training to aid passengers with varying medical needs. They are MTS certified, trained in CPR, first aid, and other relevant skills to ensure passenger safety and comfort.

  • How far in advance do I need to book a ride?

It is recommended to book NEMT services as early as possible, especially for regular appointments. Advanced bookings help us ensure availability and plan routes efficiently.

  • Are your services covered by insurance or Medicaid?

Unfortunately, at this moment, our company is strictly Private Pay (Credit Cards and Checks).

  • Can I bring a caregiver or family member with me?

Yes, you can bring a caregiver or family member with you during the trip. Please inform us in advance so we can ensure there is enough space in the vehicle.

  • What safety measures do you have in place for passengers?

We prioritize passenger safety. Our vehicles undergo regular maintenance, and drivers follow strict safety protocols. Additionally, vehicles are equipped with safety features, including wheelchair restraints.

  • What happens if I need to cancel my ride?

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a ride. Depending on our cancellation policy, there may be fees associated with last-minute cancellations.

  • Do you provide services on weekends and holidays?
